Gender & Diversity

How Maxwell Robotics GmbH builds an inclusive, interdisciplinary team, and the commitments that stand behind it.

At Maxwell Robotics, we believe that strong teams are built through diversity, mutual respect, and openness. Different backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences make better engineering, better decisions, and ultimately better robotics systems.

Our Commitment

We are committed to creating an inclusive environment in which people can contribute and grow based on their skills, ideas, and ambition, regardless of gender, nationality, religion, physical ability, age, sexual identity, or background. As a robotics company working across hardware, software, and AI, we treat that as a practical strength as much as a responsibility, shaping decisions from ergonomic design to inclusive testing and human-robot interaction.

This commitment is formalized in our Gender Equality Plan (GEP), endorsed by the Managing Directors and aligned with the German General Equal Treatment Act (AGG) and the European Commission's Horizon Europe eligibility requirements. The full plan sets out our governance structure, recruitment and pay-equity practices, training, and confidential reporting channels. Download it below for the complete picture.
